In 2010, Kingco made for BAIC this BAIC C60 CNC machined rapid prototyping, containing label, grille, headlights, and front and rear bumper, interior trim panels, instrument panel, steering wheel. According to the overall appearance requirement of the rapid prototyping, Kingco’s product department broke up the original data drawing in detail so that all machined parts were easy to be assembled and hand grinded. Due to the large dimensions of parts and strict appearance requirements, Kingco’s production staff must make the rapid prototyping efficiently and perfectly. In addition, because of the large dimension and complicated structure of the lamp holder, Kingco assemble the lamp holder by pieces for good electroplate. What’s more, Chinese leather factories have not the same leather of the steering wheel as the customer’s. So  Kingco constantly tried to custom make the same leather with the professional tannery and finally achieved.
