    Detail Description

    The glass assembly fixture is used to  inspect the outline of auto front door galss. The main body of the front door glass fixture is glass carrying profile which is made by epoxy tooling board. The front door glass is positoned by one supporting surface and three limit pins. The glass inspection tool comprises base bracket, checking surface, limit pin, support pin, nameplate and clamping mechanism etc. All parts of the glass assembly fixture is designed, processed and assembled according to customer requirements.
